Cleaning & Disinfection (B1)
Apply the Purifier B1 cleansing gel to slightly damp skin (on the scar and its surrounding area). Allow it to work for 15-20 seconds for the active ingredients to exert their cleansing effect and initiate the breakdown of any harmful biofilm layers. Then, rinse with clean water and gently wipe dry or use a clean, slightly damp, chemical-free cloth. This step clears the way for Therapy Oleogel T4.
Care and Anti-inflammation (T4)
Apply 1–2 drops of the Therapy Oleogel T4 to the scar line or the area around the wound. Since the formula is highly concentrated and functions as an oil, this amount is sufficient to cover a standard-sized scar and the surrounding 2-3 cm area.
Scar Massage
Using gentle but thorough circular and "Z" motions, massage the oil-gel into the scar and surrounding skin for 1–2 minutes. Afterward, leave the area undisturbed for 2–3 minutes until the oil-gel is fully absorbed. Apply a protective dressing only after this, if necessary.
Timing
Begin treatment once the wound has closed or as recommended by your physician. The Scar Pack can be safely used even while sutures or staples are still in place, but use an extra-cautious massage technique during this time. It is better to just spread the product properly until they are removed.
Routine
To achieve scar softening and an elastic surrounding tissue structure, use twice daily (morning and evening) during the first month following the injury, or before each application of active ingredients. Subsequently, use once daily for a period of up to 3 months. Consistency is key to developing physiological, soft, and aesthetic scar tissue. What should I do if my package arrives damaged or is lost?
We pack our products with the utmost care, but we know that rough transit can sometimes happen! If your order did not arrive in perfect condition or seems to have gone missing, don't worry, we are here to help.
If your item arrives damaged:
Please take a few clear photos of both the damaged product and the shipping box it came in. Email these photos along with your order number to support@rehabskincare.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. We will evaluate the issue immediately and arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you.
If your package seems to be lost:
If your track & trace code says your package was delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or around your building first, as carriers may sometimes mark deliveries prematurely. If it has been 2 business days since the tracking updated to "delivered" and it’s still nowhere to be found, please contact us at support@rehabskincare.com with your order number. We will launch an investigation with the carrier and make sure you get your skincare!
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
We aim to make online ordering as appealing as possible. Orders over 1.000 SEK are delivered free of charge. There is a 69 SEK delivery charge for orders under 1000 SEK.
