We pack our products with the utmost care, but we know that rough transit can sometimes happen! If your order did not arrive in perfect condition or seems to have gone missing, don't worry, we are here to help.

If your item arrives damaged:

Please take a few clear photos of both the damaged product and the shipping box it came in. Email these photos along with your order number to support@rehabskincare.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. We will evaluate the issue immediately and arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you.

If your package seems to be lost:

If your track & trace code says your package was delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or around your building first, as carriers may sometimes mark deliveries prematurely. If it has been 2 business days since the tracking updated to "delivered" and it’s still nowhere to be found, please contact us at support@rehabskincare.com with your order number. We will launch an investigation with the carrier and make sure you get your skincare!

We aim to make online ordering as appealing as possible. Orders over 1.000 SEK are delivered free of charge. There is a 69 SEK delivery charge for orders under 1000 SEK.
