Preparation

50% of T4’s effectiveness depends on preparation, specifically on cleaning the application area. As a first step, use Purifier B1 to remove impurities and begin breaking down the bacterial biofilm layer responsible for infections, thus “opening the way” for the active ingredients.

Dosage

The gel is highly concentrated, so a very small amount is sufficient. Dispense only 1–2 drops onto your fingertips, then spread it over the injured area and its surroundings.

Massaging

Massage the oil-gel into the scar and its surroundings or the affected area for 1–2 minutes using gentle, circular, and “Z” motions. During massage, the oil-gel acts like an oil. The goal is for the oleogel structure to be absorbed deep into the tissues. Following the massage, the product is completely absorbed into the treated area within 2–3 minutes.

Please take a few clear photos of both the damaged product and the shipping box it came in. If your package seems to be lost:

If your track & trace code says your package was delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or around your building first, as carriers may sometimes mark deliveries prematurely. If it has been 2 business days since the tracking updated to "delivered" and it’s still nowhere to be found, please contact us at support@rehabskincare.com with your order number. We will launch an investigation with the carrier and make sure you get your skincare!

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

We aim to make online ordering as appealing as possible. Orders over 1.000 SEK are delivered free of charge. There is a 69 SEK delivery charge for orders under 1000 SEK.
