Targeted Application

R1 is an SOS solution for immediate use on fresh abrasions, irritations, and following intensive cosmetic procedures (such as laser, microneedling, injections, or treatments involving strong peeling), insect bites, and cosmetic or skin tattoos.

Cleaning (Optional)

While the prior application of Purifier B1 enhances its effectiveness, Remedy R1 can be safely used directly on the injured surface immediately after the injury even without prior cleaning, thanks to its potent antiseptic ingredients.

Dosage

Apply a small amount of the light-textured gel to the affected area. The gel absorbs within seconds and does not leave a greasy feeling on the skin.

What is the difference between R1 Rapid and T4 Oleogel?

Simply put: we build with T4 with the help of B1, and we put out fires with R1. T4 is a richer, slower-absorbing gel designed for the long-term healing of scars. R1, on the other hand, is a lightweight, lightning-fast "SOS" helper. You pull it out when your skin needs immediate relief: for everyday skin concerns, including irritation, redness, insect bites, minor bleedingor sudden inflammation. It leaves no greasy residue, just a cooling and disinfecting sensation.

Can I use R1 even if I don’t have the B1 cleanser with me?

Yes! Although our system is based on B1 cleansing, we made an exception for R1 because we know emergencies don't always happen in the bathroom. If you scrape your knee while hiking or get a bite at the beach, feel free to apply it on its own. The plant-based disinfectants inside (like tea tree oil and eucalyptus) take charge immediately, providing safe and effective protection even without prior cleansing.

Is this first-aid gel safe for children?

Absolutely, in fact, it’s a must-have for any family first-aid kit. Since it’s 100 percent natural and contains no steroids or synthetic anti-inflammatories, you can safely use it on little ones for insect bites or minor scrapes. It is just as effective as medical-grade products, but you don't have to worry about side effects even with frequent use.

How long does one 15 ml product last?

This product is designed for occasional use, specifically during periods when symptoms are present, not continuous daily application. If used once daily, a 15 ml product can last approximately 1.5–2 months.

DELIVERY & RETURN

What should I do if my package arrives damaged or is lost?

We pack our products with the utmost care, but we know that rough transit can sometimes happen! If your order did not arrive in perfect condition or seems to have gone missing, don't worry, we are here to help.

If your item arrives damaged:

Please take a few clear photos of both the damaged product and the shipping box it came in. Email these photos along with your order number to support@rehabskincare.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. We will evaluate the issue immediately and arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you.

If your package seems to be lost:

If your track & trace code says your package was delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or around your building first, as carriers may sometimes mark deliveries prematurely. If it has been 2 business days since the tracking updated to "delivered" and it’s still nowhere to be found, please contact us at support@rehabskincare.com with your order number. We will launch an investigation with the carrier and make sure you get your skincare!

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

We aim to make online ordering as appealing as possible. Orders over 1.000 SEK are delivered free of charge. There is a 69 SEK delivery charge for orders under 1000 SEK.
